CODE-H (Coding Optimally by Documenting
Effectively for Hospitalists)Purchase your subscription before

hospitalist practice. SHM's course on documentation and coding at the
annual meeting has been well attended for the past several years. The

further address this demand, SHM has developed CODE-H, a new
