Today's changing hospital environment doesn't just demand clinical
skills – it requires leadership at all levels.
Leadership skills are vital to leading and motivating teams,
improving patient safety and clinical efficiencies, and growing
financially solvent hospitals and hospital medicine programs.
For employers and recruiters, Leadership Certification is an easy,
reliable way to identify hospitalists who have demonstrated and proven
their leadership capabilities.
Who should obtain Hospital Medicine Leadership
Certification?
Hospital medicine professionals who value structured

How does certification compare to other advanced training
offerings?
