Martin B. Buser, MPH, FACHE

Martin B. Buser is a co-founding partner of Hospitalist Management Resources, LLC, a healthcare consulting firm based in San Diego, California which assists hospitals and medical groups with the design and enhancement of hospitalist programs, Emergency Department Call Panels, as well as other strategic objectives. HMR, LLC has assisted over 250 clients over the past eight years. Prior to starting a consulting company, Mr. Buser was Executive Vice President, Health Services, ScrippsHealth responsible for the operation’s ambulatory, acute, sub-acute, skilled nursing, home health and related healthcare services.  He has served on many boards, is a fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives and was named a national “Emerging Leader” by Hospital Forum magazine.

Mr. Buser is a frequent keynote speaker and lecturer at national and statewide healthcare forums on hospitalist medicine, emergency call panels and hospital organizational issues. He has been a keynote speaker at corporate training programs for large healthcare vendors including Seimens, BristolMeyersSquibb, Stryker, Johnson & Johnson and Merck.
