Sally J Wang, MD

Sally J Wang, MD is a hospitalist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.  She is the Director of Procedure Education and has developed a procedure education curriculum for the Brigham and Women’s Hospitals’ residents, physician assistants, and Harvard Medical students.  She has served on the hospital’s Kit committee and has been instrumental in revamping and ensuring the procedural supplies and kits at the institution meet the highest in patient safety standards.  In addition, she has helped in building the Simulation center at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital and helped other institutions with starting Procedure Services and Procedure curriculums.   She graduated from University of Vermont College of Medicine and completed her medicine residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center/Stanford University.  Her commitment to patient safety and housestaff education has given her regional and national recognition for her procedure education initiative.
