The BradenScale for Predicting Pressure Sore Risk© provided by Prevention Plusis designed to predict pressure sore risk. It measures the following aspects of the patient’s health and condition: sensory perception, moisture exposed to skin, physical activity, mobility, nutrition, friction and shear.
