The Act in Time to Heart Attack Signs
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s (NHLBI) Office of Prevention, Education, and Control launched an educational campaign. This collaboration between NHLBI, the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, and the American Council on Aging aimed to educate the public about the importance of acting fast in response to heart attack symptoms.

The National Transitions of Care Coalition 
The National Transitions of Care Coalition (NTOCC) was formed to bring together thought leaders and health care providers from various care settings to address improving the quality of care coordination and communication when patients are transferred from one level of care to another.
