This order set, courtesy of Chad Whelan, MD was developed by a multidisciplinary team in an effort to standardize care for patients admitted with ACS at the University of Chicago. While the goal was to generally improve care, specific attention was paid to improving performance on the CMS core measures in the area of acute myocardial infarction.
