Potentially Hazardous Interactions for the Heart Failure Patient Reference Guide
This reference guide lists some of the common medications that should be used with caution, avoided, or monitored closely in patients with systolic heart failure. This guide can serve as a reminder to the practicing hospitalist of the potential common or serious adverse drug reactions seen with a number of classes of medications which should either preclude their use or trigger anticipatory and close monitoring of the patient for potential serious adverse drug effects.
