VTE Collaborative Experience
Greg Maynard, MD,  MSc, Jason Stein, MD, and Kathleen Kerr leaders of the VTE Prevention Collaborative gave this presentation at the Society of Hospital Medicine’s 2008 Annual Meeting in San Diego, Ca. It provides an overview of effective principles of VTE. It also discusses prevention resources such as the VTE QI Resource Room and Implementation Guide and shares front line stories and lessons learned.

Management of Anticoagulant - Related Bleeding Complications
