This presentation was the first one in a four-part series focused on the Four C’s of Building Organizational Culture: Caring, Commitment, Communication and Collaboration. Experienced presenters defined the culture and explained why it is vital to a successful practice.  They also explored the evolution of culture among hospital medicine groups and taught methods to engage and empower your team members.  They also provided techniques for defining – and aligning – your team around the practice’s mission, vision and value.

Geographic Rounding in Hospitalist Programs
Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2015
