Each is available to all attendees regardless of previous attendance.

Leadership: Strategic Essentials

Leadership: Influential Management
The Influential Management course is recommended for early to mid-level career hospitalists and hospitalist leaders desiring to enhance their leadership skill set in specific areas.

Leadership: Mastering Teamwork

The Mastering Teamwork course is recommended for hospitalists with three or more years of experience as well as hospitalist leaders looking to advance their career to the organizational strategy level.

Testimonials

One of the most important skills that I’ve gained so far by attending this leadership course is the roadmap of change – how we affect change from just a word into an action and put that plan into action with the team that I am working with in my hospital.

Mhroos Peters, MD, FHM

Getting to know other people from other groups and practices and gaining knowledge from their experiences – and attending the lectures themselves – help you with problems you actually face when you are a hospitalist leader.

Mark Skiba, MD, PhD

We were able to get in contact with people who are really experts on the material and the teachings were geared toward hospital medicine, patient safety, quality and I think that’s what distinguishes these leadership courses.
