SHINE coaches will offer optional drop-in coaching hours throughout the program. Participants may also have opportunities to connect individually with coaches to discuss questions or challenges from their practice.
SHINE is designed to help hospitalists navigate the practical challenges of everyday hospital medicine. Hospitalists at every career stage are invited to participate, whether you’re new to hospital medicine, adjusting to a new role or practice setting, or an experienced hospitalist looking for new approaches to familiar challenges. The live cohort is intentionally limited to 50 participants to support meaningful conversation, coaching, and peer connection.
