SHM Sends Letter to DHS Opposing Proposed Changes to J-1 Visa

SHM sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security in opposition to a proposed rule change that, if finalized, will replace the “duration of status” requirement for the J-1 visa with a fixed time period that is not to extend four years.
