Rules

The SHM Ambassador Program will run March 2025 through February 28, 2026. Please see the rules in order to obtain your discounted 2026 membership for your participation.

  • Referring members must complete a form for each referred member to receive an award. If there isn’t a form submitted, there won’t be a reward.
  • Member must join as a Physician, Allied Health, Affiliate, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Practice Administrator, or Resident/Fellow within 120 days of receiving the invite for the referring member to receive credit.
  • Ambassador rewards are good only on one-year memberships.
  • The discount will be automatically applied to the next year’s membership.
  • The Ambassador Program discount can’t be combined with any other discounts.
  • If multiple members refer the same person, the discount goes to the member who referred FIRST as verified by the Jotform time-stamp
  • We are unable to apply the discount to membership invoices that have already been paid.
